1. I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
An order once placed, cannot be cancelled. If you purchased a wrong size or forgot to apply a promotional code, the customer has 45 minutes window to notify us of any changes they wish to make. After the 45 minutes window we may not be able to change your order.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our shipping transit time takes 6-20 business days depending on the location.

The above times are just approximations and your order may arrive earlier, or later than those dates. Due to current conditions, logistics partner might experience slight delays in transit to the local postal service, as well as updates to package tracking.
3. I didn't receive my order, what should I do?
Sometimes there are delays in shipping due to customs, natural disasters or holidays that are outside of our control.
If you didn't receive your order after 30 days, please contact us and we will look into the issue.
4. I ordered the wrong size, what should I do?
Only unused items can be exchanged for a different size.
Orders made in error are not eligible for refund or exchange.
We are not responsible for paying the return postage fee.
Please contact us before returning your product so we can give you further details and instructions on how and where to return the item.
Once we receive the item, we will check to make sure it is unused and send you the proper size.
5. I want a refund, what should I do?
Refunds are only issued if you receive a defective/faulty item or if your item has not arrived within 45 days.
If your item is damaged, please contact us with photos/proof of the defect and we will work on resolving the issue.
In most cases, we will ship out a replacement to you.
